Kristen works with the body's energy or Qi (chee) using her hands, like acupuncture without the needles, to stimulate your natural healing systems, balance energy, and potentially alleviate various physical and emotional ailments. You will be prescribed Qigong exercises, meditations, and breathing practices just for you.
